UGSIIF aims to give its members the practical feel of investment through organizing investment talks from investment experts, business experts, coordinating tours for business communities to visit both countries, organizing concerts and holding annual investment forums and workshops in Kampala and Geneva every two years.
The Diaspora community will engage with government, private, public, civil society, and investment experts stakeholders and follow markets and investments updates regularly.
Diaspora committee members shall divide the forum monetary gains equally to its member guided by percentage of investment.
Every year UGSIIF will award a scholarship $1,000 to two junior achievers from low income families in Uganda. UGSIIF will empower junior achievers through education so that they can start dreaming about tomorrow, and less time worrying about today.

UGSIIF will to take the following steps to generate the maximum chance of success for members:
- Take a holistic view on the best investments and ensure members invest in the right projects that will create wider social and economic benefits than traditional approaches.
- Partner with both governments and advocate for UGSIIF members to always be considered for investments projects in Uganda which will in turn configure investment infrastructure from foreign to local owned thus bringing impact to communities quickly.
- UGS Impact Investment Forum-(UGSIIF) will bringing together the youth and the older generation to support programs which target the main development challenges such as adult and youth unemployment in Uganda through impact investment.
